The trial only applies to projects of more than 100 machines for first time Parlevel customers. There is an onboarding period of three weeks followed by the two complimentary months (altogether the “trial period”). The customer is required to prepare all the information needed for the onboarding process and assign a project lead to work directly with Parlevel representatives. The customer and Parlevel are required to agree on success metrics for this trial prior to kick off. Past this trial period this agreement will remain valid and in full force as per its term and termination clauses unless customer cancels in writing before the end of this trial period. The Parlevel free trial for two months covers the following services: Customer Success Project Manager, Management of data provided by customer, VMS creation, Initial training for routing and servicing, Ongoing Customer Support 7 day per week, use of the VMS.
