Parlevel’s Support Platform gives you vending, micro market, and OCS support you can count on. Through the platform, you get access to tools like live chat with our support team, educational articles, community forums, and more! These features will make it easier than ever for you to get the support you need in order to run a smooth operation.
You can access Parlevel’s new support platform directly in your VMS or at parlevelsystems.freshdesk.com. In order to access the new tools, registration is required. If you have difficulty registering, please reach out to our support team via phone (210-200-8873) or email (email@example.com).

Parlevel Support Livechat
Need immediate assistance? Live chat with our support team! From inside the Parlevel Support Platform, click the small grey chat bubble in the lower right hand corner of the page to open the Parlevel Support Chat widget. Simply send a message detailing the issue you need assistance with, and our Technical Support team will respond to your request in real time!
In the chat, a support member can answer your questions, link you to articles containing the information you are looking for, or create support tickets to address more in-depth issues.
The Parlevel Knowledge Base
The Parlevel Knowledge Base is your go-to spot for educational articles, how-to videos, marketing material for your business, and other useful tools! Need help with a specific item? Simply search at the top, and relevant articles will display below!
From inside any article in the knowledge base, you can print off the article, view content related to the topic of your current article, or navigate to other educational pieces. Whatever you need help with, the Parlevel Knowledge Base will help you solve it!
If you know you need assistance from the Parlevel Support team directly, you can create a support ticket! Just click “New Support Ticket” at the top of the Support Platform to get started. When creating a ticket, make sure to describe your issue in detail. You can also select who you wish to address your question to – like a sales representative, customer success manager, or a technical support member. You can even attach files related to your ticket, like machine/device pictures or downloaded reports.
Once you click Submit, the ticket will appear under your Tickets tab, and you may view it at any time to see its status. You can also review previously resolved tickets, or all tickets you’ve created historically!
Creating a ticket is the fastest, most direct way to solve a problem with the help of our support team.
