Business Development Associate

We are looking to expand our team with people who share our energy, enthusiasm, and drive for connecting the best products and services to the businesses and people that need them the most.
We are looking for a key individual to join the ever-growing Parlevel team as a Business Development Associate. The Business Development Associate role is pivotal to Parlevel as it helps the company advance with internal recruitment, customer research, product distribution development, and corporate development. This role requires the individual to work directly with our CEO and CCO to help Parlevel scale our operations for future success.
The ideal candidate is a driven, curious, uncompromising self-starter that is passionate about business development. This positions requires a candidate who will utilize a combination of business strategy, strong communication skills, and robust interpersonal skills to help Parlevel scale and achieve its long-term goals.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting or a related field – Preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development work.
  • A firm grasp of business strategy and development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Robust interpersonal capacity.
  • Excellent analytical abilities.
  • Drive to work autonomously while still achieving goals.



  • Recruiting– You’re responsible for identifying, finding, and screening candidates to fill key roles within the company. You’ll work with each department head to identify the needs of their job openings and help fill them accordingly.
  • Customer Research – You will research current customers to find trends and opportunities in Parlevel’s customer portfolio. You will identify new target audiences and customer segments to assist product development and sales initiatives.
  • Product and Distribution Development – You can identify the strengths and weaknesses of the Parlevel product portfolio and guide improvements to current solutions or generate completely novel ideas. You will collaborate with the sales team to find ideal distribution channels for the Parlevel product suite.
  • Corporate Development– You’re eager to improve and optimize the company. Anything is fair game – from best practices to wholly new approaches – you work with the Parlevel leadership team to improve the organization.
